These terms cover your use of emailmarketingcafe.com and anything you buy from The Email Marketing Cafe. The site is operated by KLD LLC, doing business as The Email Marketing Cafe ("we," "us"). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

What we sell

Everything we sell is digital:

• The Email Marketing Cafe Course
• A la carte items: headlines, funnels, the roadmap, email sequences, funnel maps and the list-growth guide

Prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices for future purchases, but the price you paid at checkout is the price you paid.

Payment and access

Payment is taken on our checkout page through Stripe. Access is instant: once your payment goes through, you'll receive your download links or your course login by email.

No refunds

Because every product is digital and delivered instantly, there are no refunds once access has been delivered. Please read the product description and these terms before you buy. If something doesn't arrive or doesn't work, email hello@emailmarketingcafe.com and we'll fix it.

Lifetime access

When you buy the course, your access doesn't expire. You can log in any time and revisit any lesson, for as long as the course is offered. All future updates and additions to the course are included at no extra cost.

What you may do with the materials

You buy a license to use the course materials and templates, not the materials themselves. You may:

• Use the strategies, templates and examples in your own business
• Use them across more than one of your businesses, or for client accounts
• Adapt and customize the templates for the emails you send

You may not:

• Resell, share, give away or redistribute the course materials or templates
• Publish them, or anything substantially based on them, as your own product, course or template pack
• Share your course login. Each login is for one person.

If you break these terms, we may suspend or end your access without a refund.

Our content

The course, templates, text, graphics and everything else on this site belong to KLD LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the license above, nothing here gives you any rights to them.

Results

We teach what has worked, but email results depend on many things outside our control, including your audience, your offer, your list and how you apply what you learn. We don't guarantee any particular results, such as open rates, sales or income.

Nothing on this site or in our products is legal, tax or financial advice. Talk to a qualified professional about those questions for your business.

Links to other sites

The site and the course may link to other websites and tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Disclaimer

The site and everything we sell are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, KLD LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product the claim is about.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which KLD LLC is organized, and the United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. The terms in effect when you made a purchase apply to that purchase.
